Oțetari Church
Oțetari Church, dedicated to the Holy Archangels Michael and Gabriel and St. Nicholas, stands on a site whose history began with a wooden church from 1681, rebuilt in 1708. Today's masonry building dates from 1757, according to the inscription, which mentions several donors, and a document from 1785 shows that it was built by the residents of the neighborhood. Between 1860 and 1866 Metropolitan Nifon restored it with the support of the Hagi Tudorache family, and Gheorghe Tattarescu then painted the entire interior. It has a trefoil plan, an octagonal tower over the nave and a bell tower above the porch.
